1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by GERAI LTD ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide corporate formation, banking assistance, corporate maintenance, and accounting services across 7 specialist international jurisdictions: Hong Kong, Singapore, Mauritius, South Africa, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, and Nevis. The specific services and fees applicable to each engagement will be outlined in our engagement letter.
3. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform our services. Any delays or issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you may affect the delivery of our services.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees for our services are quoted per engagement and agreed upon before work begins. Payment terms will be specified in our engagement letter. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
5. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and documentation. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited as described in our engagement letters. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter.
